How are best darn cookies packaged?
- Each dozen of the best darn cookies come sealed in a clear cello bag then nestled in a two piece brown gift box surrounded by red crinkles and wrapped in raffia ribbon.
How big is each cookie?
- Each cookie is approximately 3 to 4 inches in diameter and One dozen weighs almost 2 pounds depending on the cookie type.
If I'm allergic to nuts can I eat your cookies?
- No. Our cookies are baked in a facility that uses nuts. If you are severely allergic to nuts we recommend you do not consume our cookies.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is free! We ship our cookies via USPS Priority mail. Your cookies should arrive with in 2 to 3 days. If you are in the Los Angeles area you may receive your cookies in as soon as 1 day.
Is all customer information kept confidential?
- Yes! Any and all customer information is kept in strictest confidence. Your information will NEVER be shared with other parties.
Do you accept large orders??
- Absolutely! We will need extra time to fill these orders, especially during the holidays. Please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to get your cookies. If you are in the Los Angeles, California area we can arrange door to door delivery.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
- After receiving your best darn cookies, they should be consumed in 5-6 days for maximum freshness. The shelf life is approximately 2 weeks. After this they can still be eaten but they may loose their soft texture. For optimum freshness make sure cookies are put in an air tight container or zip lock bag. For additional shelf life, freeze your cookies in an air tight container for up to 3 months! They taste great frozen or thaw for 30 minutes before serving. If you can't wait, pop them in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds for warm soft cookies.
